University of Salamanca
Spain’s oldest and most prestigious university, Salamanca is a world-renowned reference both for its academics and for the teaching of Spanish to international students.
      Salamanca campus:The original campus of the university, dating back to medieval times. Most university buildings are interspersed throughout the city rather than clustered together on a single “campus.” Nonetheless, Salamanca shows off its more modern side on the Miguel de Unamuno Campus, a newly constructed area of university buildings near the city center.
      Avila campus:– the University of Salamanca is also active in nearby Ávila, a walled medieval city where students in some faculties pursue their studies. Ávila is not only beautiful of conveniently situated between Salamanca and Madrid.
International University of Menendez Pelayo (UIMP)
One of only a handful of Spanish universities which operate directly under the auspices of Spain’s Ministry of Education, the UIMP has long stood as a monument to Free Institution of Teaching (Institución libre de la enseñanza), an importance intellectual inheritance of Spanish liberalism. Since 1932 it has been an outstanding center for the teaching of English as a foreign language.
      Headquarters in Santander: Best-known of the several Menendez Pelayo campuses throughout Spain, the UIMP in Santander divides its classes between a beautiful castle situated on a jutting peninsula with breathtaking views of Santander’s internationally-renowned beaches, and a grassy, modern-style campus, Las Llamas, lying within in easy walk from the city center.
      Headquarters in Seville: One of Spain’s most cosmopolitan cities and most popular tourist destinations, Seville has long played a prominent role in imparting Spanish language and culture to foreigners from throughout the world.
University of Leon.
One of Spain’s most prestigious universities. It has a modern campus and is located in one of the Spain’s most historical regions.
University of Almeria.
Formerly a branch of the University of Granada, the University of Almería recently gained its autonomy and has quickly become an academic reference in Andalusia. The campus is located on the shores of the Mediterranean.
