Grigorijs Kovjazins
E.L.E. Representative of the Baltic Countries
I have been working with ELE Asesores Lingüisticos for three years. In 2005 I was a student wanting to test and improve my knowledge, broaden my horizon and enjoy life in the country of my dreams. And I did it. In the morning I would have breakfast with the family I thought of as my second family (I still think of them this way), afterwards I would go to class with teachers who did all possible to bring us closer to the culture and everyday life of Spain, and I would spend the rest of my day with friends and family on excursions or practicing Spanish in the streets of a marvelous city, or playing tennis on campus with other students. And when they ask me why I represent ELE Asesores Lingüisticos, my response is - "I know what the word quality means for ELE and I think they do everything as well as it can be done!"

Chinese tourism student at the U of Salamanca
I arrived in Spain in January of 2006. An ELE professor came to pick me up at the RENFE station of Salamanca, and with my giant suitcase we went to the home of my Spanish family. They were incredibly nice, buy I was afraid because I didn't speak much and I knew nothing about the country. Everything was so different, so unusual and so new for me. If it weren't for the help of so many people, I wouldn't have learned Spanish so quickly and wouldn't have come to feel so at home in the university and in Spanish everyday life.
